Food, fun, and good vibes, the Philly/Jersey/Delaware Morehouse-Spelman summer picnic will take place on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 1:00-5:00 PM. The picnic will take place at the home of Darrell Tiller '83 in Germantown - 441 E Locust Avenue, Philadelphia 19144. $10 per person, except current and entering students, and dues paying alumni.
Reconnect with classmates or take a break from the everyday! Join the Philadelphia chapters of the Morehouse and Spelman alumni associations for a happy hour at MidAtlantic Restaurant & Tap Room 38th & Market in Philadelphia. The activities will begin at 5:30 PM on Thursday, April 28th.
The world renowned Morehouse College Glee Club returned to Philadelphia on March 17, 2011 for an exclusive performance at Bright Hope Baptist Church in North Philadelphia. The Glee Club, celebrating their 100th anniversary, entertained current and prospective students, alumni, family, and friends with a medley of old and new selections. Proceeds from the concert will be used towards the Philadelphia Chapter's scholarship fund.
